Château les Merles is hiring a fulltime commis de cuisine/kitchen help.

Among a young and dynamic team, you are open-minded and eager to acquire the ‘savoir-faire’ of our kitchen. Our open kitchen serves our gastronomic restaurant with creative dishes depending on the season and the vegetables produced by our biological vegetable garden. Your employment contract will be for a minimum of 1 year , with a possibility to get a full contract.

You are occupying an important role in the kitchen and you are working directly with the Chef and sous-Chef.

Salary based upon experience. 2 days off per week, even in high season!

We can easily help you to find a place to live in the nearby area.

You are highly motivated, hard-working and have experience in service? You like to serve guests in the restaurant, including pool- and room service? You are comfortable working behind the bar and you have a hands on work attitude? Your French language skills are at least on intermediate level?
